I made things!
First and second attempt didn’t work. It destroyed part of the clip if I made the hole first and then machined the profile so I flipped the process.
For those not in the know, these are clips to hold Rally’s snow brush in his car. One of his clips broke so I volunteered to make him a new pair out of a different material than what he had before. These are the final product. These are made out of UHMW.

Awesome! That looks great! Hopefully they will last well compared to what I have now! :) The temperature extremes here during the year can take their toll, sadly....
